Celga was founded in 2000 by Keigo Morita as a deputy service helping anime cel collectors bid on cels auctioned on Yahoo Japan auctions. Over the years, we've expanded our services beyond anime cels to include the wide variety of products available in Japan and bidding services on many Japanese auction sites. We've recently expanded services to include (webshop)deputy shopping on Japanese web sites and (sell)deputy selling on Yahoo Japan auctions, services few other companies offer.

Celga maintains staff in both the US and Japan and has dedicated warehouse facilities in Japan to receive and store customers' items. Although we are not open 24 hours a day, Celga's customer service staff, all native English speakers, are available 7 days a week via (contactus)email. Additionally, we have an English-speaking representative available by phone from 10AM to 10PM Pacific Standard Time (GMT-8) daily at 650-678-9382.
